The Kruger Mpumalanga airport has recently undergone extensive upgrades, and offers travelers easy access to the Transfrontier Park, which incorporates the Kruger National Park and the wildlife areas in Mozambique and Zimbabwe, and also many Lowveld destinations.

Lanseria is a privately owned airport situated in the north west of Johannesburg, and close to Sandton.
